You'll need Asian pear, onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, beef broth, salt, sugar, rice syrup,gochujang, and gochugaru (Korean pepper paste & flakes). You can make this in bulk and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Icy beef/dongchimi broth- this is the same broth that I made for my mul-naengmyeon recipe.

For naengmyun sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth, set aside. Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions.
