Why this recipe works: I know a typical Pina Colada is made with rum but I personally love tequila. Especially silver tequila. I really wanted a blended tequila pina colada, so this was my creation! The combination of these tropical flavors with a hint of tart from the lime and the smooth finish of the tequila absolutely hits the spot.
