These creamy on the inside, and slightly crunchy on the outside sausage balls are perfect for a light lunch or appetizer on game day. I think they also make a crowd please for any Christmas party. Instructions. Add the biscuit mix and sausage to a large mixing bowl. Mix them together until evenly incorporated.
