The Tomato Relish is easy to make and it is simply a matter of placing all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and stirring to combine. Then bring them to the boil, while stirring. Turn down the heat to medium heat and let the mixture simmer for about 20 mins. Then reduce the heat further and simmer for another 10 mins.
