In a large bowl, add whipping cream and powdered strawberries and whip using a whisk or mixer until soft peaks form. Once peaks have formed, add mascarpone and 1/2 cup sugar and mix until just combined. Set whipped cream mixture aside. Mix 2 packets of matcha with 3 tablespoons of sugar and one cup of water.
