TUACA Cider Float. 1.50 oz Tuaca® Liqueur 6.00 oz Cold Apple Cider 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1.00 Cinnamon stick. Method. Pour cider and TUACA into glass or mug.

Bring the contents to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and boil for 3 minutes. In a large saucepan, heat the remaining wine and star anise over medium-low for about 5 minutes.
